The Dress for Success Initiative is a holistic empowerment program designed to support individuals who are entering or re-entering the workforce. At Tree of Life Ministries & Reentry Services, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to present themselves with confidence and walk into new beginnings prepared—both outwardly and inwardly.

This initiative goes beyond clothing. We focus on restoring confidence, building life skills, and preparing individuals for long-term success.

💼 What We Provide

Participants in the Dress for Success Initiative receive free professional clothing and shoes suitable for interviews, job training programs, and workplace environments. Each participant is treated with dignity and care, ensuring that every outfit reflects professionalism, confidence, and personal worth.

But we don’t stop there.

We also offer supportive services to help individuals compete and thrive in today’s job market:

✔ Resume Development

We assist participants with creating or updating resumes that clearly communicate their skills, experiences, and potential.

✔ Soft Skills Training

We provide guidance in workplace readiness, including communication, professionalism, time management, conflict resolution, and confidence-building.

✔ Interview Preparation

Participants receive coaching on interview techniques, how to answer common questions, proper presentation, and how to effectively share their story.

✔ Encouragement & Support

Our approach is compassionate and faith-centered, helping individuals overcome fear, past setbacks, and self-doubt as they step into new opportunities.

👗 Who Can Register

The Dress for Success Initiative is open to individuals who are:

• Entering the workforce for the first time

• Returning to work after a life transition

• Reentering society after incarceration

• Seeking employment, job training, or career advancement

All services are provided at no cost to participants.

Registering is simple and welcoming.

Interested participants can sign up by completing our Dress for Success Registration Form on the Tree of Life Ministries & Reentry Services website. After registration, a team member will reach out to schedule an appointment and discuss next steps.

All information is kept confidential, and every individual is served in an atmosphere of respect, care, and encouragement.
